We are the Dublin Educators' Association.

Annually, DEA awards one or more graduating seniors from each Dublin high school a scholarship towards their higher education goal of becoming a teacher.

Applicants must submit two copies of their senior statement and a 1-2 page typed essay giving reasons why they want to go into the field of Education, along with a completed Local Scholarship Application and proof of acceptance to a collegiate education program.

More information about applying for this scholarship can be found through each high school's guidance office in February.

Our members include over 1200 teachers, nurses, and counselors in the Dublin City School District.  We are proud to maintain a positive relationship with District Administrators, the Dublin Board of Education, and the community of Dublin, Ohio.             #WeAreDEA

Dr. Dinah Wright

On May 25, 2006, Dublin City School District lost a much loved and respected friend. Dr. Dinah Wright was a first grade teacher at Scottish Corners Elementary School, National Board Certified teacher, Golden Shamrock Winner, and Past-President of the Dublin Educators' Association.  DEA renamed our student scholarship in her memory in the Spring of 2007.
